TITLE: Grants Coordinator
ORG. TYPE: Jewish Foundation
LOCATION: NY, NY
SALARY: $36K - $40K
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the VP of Grants Administration, the Coordinator will be responsible for all administrative matters related to the processing of grants. These duties include entering grant applications in the database; responding to donor questions about their pending grant recommendations; processing, printing, and mailing grant checks. In addition, the Coordinator will be responsible for other administrative functions as necessary, including filing and answering phones.
QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of office experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with databases, as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office package. S/he must have a meticulous attention to detail, and be an effective communicator, written and verbal. Customer Service experience is a plus. |
